On behalf of the Latin American Heart Rhythm Society (LAHRS) and the Sociedad Mexicana de Electrofisiología y Estimulación Cardíaca (SOMEEC) we would like to invite you to the 6th Scientific Session that will be held on October 17-19, 2023, in the cosmopolitan Mexico City.
LAHRS has joined SOMEEC to organize the meeting and prepare a very comprehensive academic program of many relevant topics such as: atrial fibrillation detection and stroke prevention, cardiovascular risk factors for atrial fibrillation, new concepts in myofiber architecture relative to catheter, ablation of atrial fibrillation, new approaches and technologies to improve the results of atrial fibrillation ablation, risk stratification for sudden cardiac death, new approaches and technologies for catheter ablation of ventricular arrhythmias, cardiovascular imaging in EP, pediatric EP, transvenous lead extraction techniques, and conduction system pacing, among others.
We will have Plenary Sessions concerning analysis, follow-up, and clinical implications of the latest and most important clinical trials. Additionally, live cases will be transmitted to demonstrate the optimal use of new technology and the latest approaches for interventional management of different arrhythmias. It is our aim to allow for interaction with the audience.
This academic program is still under development together with worldwide recognized international experts in every topic including members of HRS, EHRA, and APHRS, as well as the most important LATAM EP societies including SOMEEC, SADEC, SOBRAC, and the Colombian College of EP. Side by side with our sessions we will have a very nice commercial exhibition at the excellent facilities of the Camino Real Polanco Hotel that will certainly offer a great experience to all our attendees.
